Diane Rintaluhta says she wants her family to know she's on the road to recovery from addiction, in large part thanks to People Advocating for Change Through Empowerment (PACE).

"I love this place because they take care of us," said Rintaluhta, as she worked on a colouring page at the Thunder Bay, Ont., drop-in centre while waiting to see a nurse practitioner.

"They help us with everything. They're good people here."
